  Terrible experience!! I visit this place 3-4 times per week for "fast food". They have the worst customer service i personally have had to deal with. No "thank you come again", just "here you go. Bye...... ". The drive thru has 2 lanes.... but even if you enter first, you are most likely to get your food and order taken AFTER THE PERSON WHO PULLED INTO THE OTHER LANE AFTER YOU, EVEN THO YOU WERE ALREADY THERE FOR 5 MINUTES. Today, i wss the only person in my lane... nobody in the other lane, at 230pm ish.. and of course someone pulled into the other lane while i waited. I said "hello" about 10 times and was told to hold on. The other car ordered, and left before i moved up. MCDONALDS you are awful. Your employees treat people like crap and are driving your business away. This location has a 1 star yelp review, a poor google and poor facebook review. Management is hiring criminals and thugs to work there and it shows. Hardees will get 100% of my business going forward.

  Poor customer service every single visit. Poor food quality every single visit. Poor food and payment processing time every visit. The people who work there act like they could care less if you ever get your food or if the order is accurate. After waiting 15 minutes for your food you are lucky if it is even all in the bag, and usually my orders are bags filled with upside down fries and missing sauces or items. Their 2 lane drive through is a joke, as they still only take one order at a time, and you can almost guarantee your food will be given to you after people who arrived later. This has to be the most run down low grade McDonalds on the planet. The people who work there act like its play time at a childs day care, dont pay attention, and management is just as bad. Management doesnt correct issues or even attempt to make improvements for the customer experience. for starters, new higher trained employees and get rid of the fake 2 lane drive through that doesnt work and frustrates everyone.

  how come late night after a certain hour it's cash only and they charge more for the items and yell back how much they got like they are pocketing the money
